I'm 25 years old and my focus has always been on business. Three years ago I started in sales. Within one year I built my own company.
Instead of playing it safe, I decided to take the leap and let go of what was holding me back. Six months later I had a thriving business.
After returning, I set up my company: Xelence Marketing. My strength lies in leadership. When people unlock their potential, everything grows naturally -driven by the passion to achieve Excellence.
Today we're active in Belgium and Germany, with a vision to keep growing internationally.
